
Mohammed Raffa continues to lead the SAMACO Motors. Mohammed’s commitment to grow the organization to a world-class mobility company began in 1999 with his appointment as General manager for Corporate Planning and later as CEO in 2014.
Mr. Raffa’s leadership is founded on a passion for continuous development and excellence to inspire the SAMACO ecosystem and drive the diverse businesses forward in spite of challenges and the ever-changing face of the Saudi Arabian Transformation.
A highly developed negotiator with a focus on effectiveness and competitiveness, Mohammed Raffa holds a Master of Science in Management degree from Cranfield University, UK in addition to a Bachelor of Science degree from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, FL, USA where he excelled and Summa Cum Laude.
Born in Bristol, UK and having been exposed to diverse cultures, Mohammed imbues the global citizen and brings many of those characteristics and belief systems to the SAMACO organization. Fitting with the company’s ethos, Mohammed is an avid motorsport enthusiast. He is married and has five children.
Some of Alaa’s capabilities include financial planning, performance management, financial control and compliance coupled with financial and operational optimization as well as treasury functions.
Aside from his day-to-day work, Alaa provides ongoing support and recommendations to the Board of Directors on forecasting, safeguarding, funding, working capital, cash flow and inventory management. Mr. Temraz has been vital in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions for the SAMACO Motors.
Eng. Abdullah develops and maintains the organization’s Digital Transformation Strategy and IT initiatives to support Business operations and promote corporate growth. He is an innovative business leader, change agent, mentor and trusted advisor to Senior Executives.
In 2012 and 2015, he was honoured with the CIO 100 and CIO 50 Awards, respectively. On several occasions, he was invited as a speaker in various global conferences about business and technology trends.
Eng. Abdullah enjoys reading, playing football and traveling.

In his time with SAMACO and previous automotive brands, Mr. Mousa has gained understanding of the complex and unique dynamics that form the Saudi Arabian automotive market and has delivered consistent results across the businesses.

Mansour Aladwan joined SAMACO in 1999 and leads SAMACO Group’s activities for the Eastern Region out of the Khobar regional headquarters. Mr. Aladwan is a seasoned professional who focuses on the commercial side of businesses. He continues his tenure working as the Chief Operations Officer of the Saudi Arabian Car Dealer which began in 2008 in addition to his role as a member of the Eastern Province’s Chamber of Commerce.
Prior to joining SAMACO, Mr. Aladwan worked as the Regional General Manager for BMW.
Every weekend he spend his time in a formal social relations and with his family and also go to the sea for fishing, he has 4 children 2 boy and 2 girls.
Peter Smith’s broad experience in the Automotive industry has established a track record of developing organizations, enhancing the customer journey, and bringing strong financial results to the Dealerships to an organization.
He was a key member of the team at Audi in Glasgow UK for five years,then later joined Bentley in Edinburgh UK as brand Manager for five years, before he joined SAMACO Motors as Brand Manager at the beginning of 2020.
Dedicated in developing solid relationships with the manufacturer, he delivers consistent upper quartile performance, achieving high company performance and meeting manufacturer’s KPIs. He is a devoted mentor and passionate on nurturing talent and helping to develop careers in an organization, to ensure a healthy environment for workers where trust, transparency, and effective communication is valued.
He enjoys hill walking, motorcycling, and travelling. He is married with two grown-up kids.
Abdulaziz Moolla is the General Manager of Compliance and Business Operations at SAMACO Motors, bringing over two decades of OEM and automotive industry experience across sales, aftersales, parts, and network development. His career has been shaped by a strong operational foundation combined with strategic oversight, enabling him to lead complex, multi-brand environments with discipline and agility.
At SAMACO, Abdulaziz plays a central role in strengthening governance frameworks and ensuring full alignment with OEM standards across the Group’s portfolio. His responsibilities span compliance, contractual management, network development, and new business initiatives, including the successful integration and expansion of emerging brands such as Škoda Auto within the Kingdom.
He holds an MBA, along with diplomas in International Business Management and Marketing Management, reflecting a well-rounded approach to both commercial and operational excellence.
Nawaf H. Rafeeq is HR General Manager, responsible for recruiting, compensation and benefits, Performance, company culture, employee relations and all aspects of the human resources agenda for the Company. He is a member of the Samaco Motors leadership team.
Nawaf joined Samaco Motors in 2022 and has more than 17 years of HR experience in Saudi and GCC Market, having spent his years of experiences in Banking, FMCG and Pharmaceutical sectors.

Matthew Morgan began his journey over 30 years ago in parts and service, learning the automotive business from the ground up. Since then, he has worked with some of the world’s most iconic brands Ferrari, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, and the Volkswagen Group. For the past 13 years, the GCC has been home, where he continues to grow both personally and professionally. Today, Matthew proudly serves as the General Manager of Lamborghini Saudi Arabia. He leads with heart, values people, and stays grounded in where he came from. For him, it’s never just been about the cars it’s about the people who believe in them. And that’s what keeps him going.

Prior to his current role, Hussein held senior leadership positions with leading global brands including Volvo, General Motors, and BMW Group, consistently achieving above-market growth and leading successful strategic transformations.
